So remember that whole TMobile can rot in Hell rant from last week? Of COURSE you do, you read that entire 1450 word diatribe and watched both video clips from the edge of your seats right?
Well, my dear sweet husband completely redeemed the entire fiasco by filling in the online complaint form for
We really thought it was a long shot but at least it felt good to complain somewhere other then on our tiny space on the web here. Especially since I had gone all “Gone with the Wind” on Yelp in trying to review Tmobile and hit the max words at the stories half way point. Low and behold not 24 hours after we vented across each of our social media venues Jas got a call from “Frank” at channel 12. Frank was a volunteer, but he took our account information and said they would contact Tmobile directly to see if they could help. Like any gigantic behemoth company they have an entire media division devoted to fielding every media filed complaint. By Friday we had gotten a call from an “investigator” at Tmobile that was an unidentifiable number that came in while we were at Good Friday service so it went to voicemail. She basically said she would be looking into our issue and getting back to us this week.
Well yesterday she called back. She alone proved to us that there are reasonable people that work for Tmobile and therefore we revoke our hell sentence. She said she realized that while we were not in a contract with our Cliq phones that it may not have been clearly communicated to us that we were still in contract on the previous phones (ie, they can’t prove that we were ever told that or that we agreed to that) So they are refunding the entire amount including the outrageous fees and taxes directly to the debit card we paid that final bill with.
